The Appraisal Files

Hello to all:

Here I am stuck in a witness room waiting to see if I will be called as an expert witness today. Thought I would use time effectively to make a blog post and tell everyone that I am will be bloging on a regular basis on appraisal issues. 
As a member of the Kentucky Real Estate Appraisers Board one of my jobs is to communicate with the  public about the appraisal industry.
If all goes as planned you will see regular blog post on varied questions about appraisal work and I will be trying to answer questions that appraisers have called me about.
