Happy New Year:

Another year has almost passed and I look forward to the new year. With a new President, new interest rates, new FNMA standards as to inspection Waivers 2017 will be exciting. After all the hoop-La is over you can always depend on the fact that things will change. 

Be safe, be blessed, and have FUN. Life is too short to wear a frown.
